Seller needs to sell in categories of ManoManoComplete and pass review of assortment, pricing strategy, logistical capabilities and quality standards.
All products must be shipped from a European warehouse. ManoMano does not allow drop-shipping from outside the EU.
Customer communication needs to be in the language of the customer. A strong focus is placed on customer satisfaction.
Sellers pay a fixed monthly subscription of €100. In addition, ManoMano charges a variable commission that typically ranges from 15% to 25%, depending on the product category.
