What are the most common reasons for account suspensions?

1. Order Defect Rate (ODR) Suspension – a performance metric that measures the percentage of orders with negative outcomes, such as negative feedback, A-to-Z claims, or chargebacks.

2. Low quality of service – Amazon, being one of the most customer-centric marketplaces, places great importance on seller efficiency, including quality and speed of delivery.

3. Pre-fulfilment cancel rate – sellers should ensure that the number of orders cancelled before shipment does not exceed 2.5%.

4. Product policy compliance – Products can't violate any of Amazon's product policies, including IP violations, product authenticity claims, listing policy violations, product condition claims, restricted product policy violations, and product safety claims.

5. Late shipment rate - sellers must ensure that shipments are delivered to the address on time. The rate of shipments delivered late must not exceed 4%.
