Efitness offers a wide range of products at various prices and sizes. By focusing on smaller, moderately priced items with high sales potential, we were able to maximize success. We also closely tracked customer behavior and seasonal trends.
Fulfillment by Merchant was hindering Efitness’s sales growth. Switching to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) significantly boosted sales, product movement, and saved time. Additionally, FBA reduced costs for some products, improving margins.
We identified the root causes of account health issues and negative reviews. Working with sellers, we implemented new procedures to prevent future problems. We also removed unfair or inaccurate reviews and introduced a semi-returnless refund policy for items with high return shipping costs.
Approximately 30% of negative reviews were related to shipping or returns. EXPANDO addressed these issues by offering prepaid labels and returnless refunds, simplifying the return process for customers. This improved the overall shopping experience.
FBA improved product turnover and sales, leading to a significant increase in overall sales, especially for one bestseller (482x more sales).
Using FBA and return labels reduced costs, increased margins, and freed up time, leading to a 23% average profit increase.
